For outdoor fun, visit Big Rock Creek Camp or Devil’s Punchbowl, a natural hiking preserve along Big Rock Creek sometimes referred to as a miniature Grand Canyon. Golf is a prevalent sport with Palmdale residents visiting Rancho Vista Golf Course, the city’s only PGA class golf course. As a new addition to the city, the Dry Town Waterpark is a summertime favorite for children of all ages.
